Cancellation No-Show PRICE

All our prices are non-refundable.

The full amount of the reservation will be charged in case of a No-Show and the full reservation will be cancelled.

A no-show is considered as a direct cancellation of your reservation.

Group- (as of 4 persons, 2 rooms) reservations entail a 100% pre-charge at reservation.

Group reservations are non-refundable. For group reservations we only accept wire transferts and/or full credit card payment.

If you pay with a bank wire you accept that the reservation becomes non-refundable.

For long stays, more then 3 nights, the full amount is to be paid at reservation and is not refundable. Partial payments are equally non-refundable.

All promotional and discounted reservations are ALWAYS NON-REFUNDABLE.

When paying the invoice you declare the invoice, it's quoted prices qnd composition to be correct.

Our invoiced prices can differ from the reservation due to alterations: dates, composition of rooms, special requests.

When booking a room at Hotel Cosy by phone, email, fax, our website or any other way, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Moreover these terms and conditions supercede on those of all other websites.

We therefore ask our guests to inform themselves well in advance and if needed take the nescessary insurance.

We ask all our guests and travellers to ALWAYS take a cancellation insurance.

For Your Information

Single room or room for three persons only on request.

All package deals can be booked by phone or e-mail exclusively.

Pets are NOT allowed.

In limited cases we allow pets: they sleep in their own basket, are clean and certainly do not go in the beds or on the furniture...

An additional 50 Euro will be charged

We do not have private parking.

The hotel (owners, staff) is at no point liable for any lost or forgotten personal items as wel as damaged personal belongings and vehicles.

The hotel will charge supplements for extra sheets, towels and cleaning services as well as damage to furniture or the hotel's infrastructure and installations

Smoking in the hotel will be charged with a 200 euro fine.

The hotel remains the right to cancel a reservation for whatever reason till the date of arrival.

Lost or stolen room key: 300 euro.

Breakfast

Arrival (check-in) between 15.00 en 18.00 hrs

Departure (check-out) before 11.00 hrs

Late departure only under reservation and availability.

Departure after 11.30 hrs will incur 50% of the days roomcharge

Breakfast between 8.00 and 10.00 hrs

Reception between 8.30 AM and 9 PM

Late arrival should be communicated beforehand and is conditional

Not reporting or arriving later then estimated/indicated time will be charged as NO-SHOW

The hotel remains the right to relocate the guest for any reason it deems fit.

No Smoking

It is forbidden to smoke in the hotel

It is by law forbidden to smoke in the hotel.

The hotel will charge 250 euro if smoking is detected in your room or if you smoke anywhere else in the hotel.
